The cooking class takes place in the professional kitchen of Roddi Castle, a fully equipped and authentic space where the chef will guide you step by step through the preparation of the menu you've chosen together.
We don't have a resident chef: we choose the most suitable professional each time, based on your tastes, the type of recipes you want to try, and the experience you imagine.
At the end, you will taste what you have prepared, with the option of completing the menu with other signature dishes prepared by the chef.
