We are in the equipped kitchen of the Roddi Castle: a modern space with 7 professional workstations , perfect for cooking, learning and having fun as a group.
The courses are on demand , tailor-made for:
cooking enthusiasts
tourists eager to discover Piedmontese food and wine
companies looking for original activities for team building or for target press
curious people and absolute beginners who want to have a different experience, without needing to know how to cook
Each course is customizable : you can choose to prepare traditional Piedmontese dishes or more creative recipes , even inspired by starred cuisine.
The recipe is agreed upon with the chef, based on the group's preferences and level.
The experience ends with a tasting of the prepared dish.
Upon request, it is possible to enrich the final moment by adding one or more extra dishes prepared by the chef.

Maximum capacity: 14 people (7 double seats) or 21 people (7 triple seats)

To break the ice: welcome toast with Alta Langa DOCG or welcome coffee
Pairing a glass of local wine with the prepared dish
Final tasting: possibility of adding extra dishes signed by the chef
