Every dinner is different: the menu is tailor-made with the Chef, based on your preferences and the seasonality of the ingredients.
Wine pairing
Each proposal is customizable: tailor-made pairings can be created based on the chosen menu. Wines can be simply served during dinner or described and highlighted by an AIS sommelier , for an even more engaging experience.
