Our dinners on request are designed for small groups who wish to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience in one of the reserved spaces within the Roddi Castle.

Each menu is customized with the chef, based on your tastes, needs, and the seasonality of the ingredients.

  • Availability: upon request only

  • Menu: to be defined together with the Chef

  • Wines: pairings are tailored to the chosen menu; service and commentary by an AIS sommelier can be included.
