WHO WE ARE
Taste Lab – Castello di Roddi is the experiential project of the Alba Fair Authority, created to promote the area through food culture and hospitality.
At Castello di Roddi, we organize activities that combine education, conviviality, and discovery: cooking classes, tastings, truffle experiences, corporate events, and much more.
We collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and industry professionals to offer engaging and accessible experiences, designed for those who love learning, sharing, and experiencing the Langhe up close.
We believe in the power of authentic experiences, capable of leaving a lasting impression and describing our region in a vibrant and contemporary way.

Taste Lab is an open, dynamic space, made of collaborations and constantly evolving ideas.

Who is Taste Lab designed for?

We don't have a resident chef: each experience takes shape based on the program and the people who experience it, involving the most suitable professionals from time to time.
