Roddi Castle is one of the key locations of the International Alba White Truffle Fair and the International Vinum Fair .
Here, truffles and wine are told through activities designed to reveal their cultural, sensorial, and gastronomic value.
From immersive experiences to culinary delights, each offering is an opportunity to learn more about these extraordinary products.
The experiences offered at Roddi Castle can be created and customized upon request , for private groups or companies , even outside the official calendar of the Alba International White Truffle Fair and Vinum.
Availability depends on the seasonality of the truffle and the biological closure periods established by law:
Alba White Truffle (available from October to January)
Black truffles (available all year round except May).

Every Monday and Friday morning during the Fair, our cooking school offers themed courses dedicated to truffles.
An opportunity to get cooking and take home the aroma of a unique experience.
